Engineer/Producer Michael Wagener is well known for his
chart topping albums from classic hard rock and heavy metal
artists including Ozzy Osbourne, Skid Row, Janet Jackson,
Megadeth and Alice Cooper among many others, as well as for
his highly-acclaimed WireWorld studio located in the Nashville,
Tennessee area. Among his most recent collaborations in obtaining
cutting edge sound is GC Pro, the professional outside sales
division of Guitar Center, which has recently installed Nashville's
first Euphonix MC Media Application Controller in Wagener's
studio. A longtime friend and associate of GC Pro's Nashville
facility, Wagener had no second thoughts about who to go
to for the same reliable sales and support team he has come
to rely on for all of WireWorld's needs.
Based on Euphonix's acclaimed Digital Audio Mixing Systems,
the new MC Media Application Controller was chosen for WireWorld
for it's streamlined, easy-to-use editing interface. "I'm
really pleased with the overall design of the unit," stated
Wagener. "It really speeds up the editing process, which
was also one of the bigger selling points, as it fits well
into my workflow here in the studio. To top it off, it's
a really standout, nice looking controller. And with the
support of my GC pro team, it can't be beat," Wagener
concludes.
The Euphonix MC Media Application Controller is a workstation
control surface specially designed for the professional who
demands precise and fast audio control. The MC is designed
to increase workflow with any application with innovative
application monitoring and instant recall. The MC has a full
sized keyboard with trackball and jog wheel for standard
operations, and 56 LCD SmartSwitches, 4 faders, 9 rotary
controls plus a monitoring section for the ultimate in extended
control. |
